Product description:

This is a type of hydraulic support with a simplified design. Its main feature is the elimination of the complex three-dimensional four-link mechanism – a system consisting of multiple connecting rods and pins. Such supports are typically composed of the following key components:

1. **Top beam**: It comes into direct contact with the roof, serving to bear the pressure exerted by the roof.

2. **Columns**: Usually consisting of one or two hydraulic pillars, they act as the main support structures, providing the necessary stability.

3. **Base**: Fixed to the floor, it transmits the pressure from the roof to the underlying structure.

4. **Hydraulic control system**: This system includes control valves, pipelines, and an emulsion pump station. It is used to regulate the lifting and lowering of the columns, enabling the support to be extended or retracted as needed.

Due to its simplified design, the connections between the various components are also relatively straightforward. Simple pin or ball joint connections are often used instead of the sophisticated four-link systems found in more advanced hydraulic supports.

The hydraulic system is relatively basic, usually featuring only lifting and moving functions. Therefore, it is easy to operate, and it does not require high technical skills from the workers.  

Strong adaptability to complex coal seam conditions:  
Lacking complex connecting mechanisms, this type of support is better equipped to handle uneven floor surfaces and varying inclination angles – making it more adaptable to challenging geological conditions.
