Product Description:

  This is a machine that integrates both tape-laid bottom sealing and automatic box sealing functions. It can simultaneously apply adhesive and perform stapling to the bottom or top of cardboard boxes as needed, resulting in a more secure and reliable sealing process. This makes it particularly suitable for transporting heavy items, items that are prone to scattering, or goods that require long-distance shipping.

Use and Characteristics:

1. The whole machine adopts PLC computer programming controller, digital operation, and touch screen data input, which can change data without stopping the machine; the whole machine automatically feeds paper, automatically folds, automatically glues boxes (nail boxes), automatically counts, and automatically stacks output ( Automatic packaging);
 2. The vacuum adsorption belt feeds paper, and the air volume can be adjusted according to different cardboards to ensure smooth paper feeding; the lifting and lowering of the front cardboard and the front and rear baffles are all electrically adjusted, making adjustments quick and convenient;

3. The newly upgraded four-pass electric pre-pressure structure corrects and compensates the deviation of the cardboard pressure line and solves technical problems such as cardboard forming scissor differences, bulging and high and low lines;

4. The paper supply belt is made of imported rubber, which is wear-resistant and has high friction;
5. Pneumatic side-shooting device effectively reduces manual paper placement errors and improves paper feeding stability;

6. The left and right side stop gauges can be adjusted laterally by electric adjustment;
7. Use high-end electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system to enable the paper feeding section to operate single sheet or continuously, effectively controlling the waste of cardboard during specification adjustment and the accuracy of output cardboard;
8. Use 7-inch ultra-clear touch screen control for easy adjustment and quick order change;
