1, This sophisticated line features three standalone machines: the Electrical Shaftless Mill Roll Stand, SF-280 Fingerless Single Facer, NC Rotary Cutter, along with a Steam Boiler & Pipeline (customer-owned parts), and more.
2, Transform Kraft Paper Reel into corrugated sheets using Corn Starch Gum, producing and cutting into Single Faced Corrugated Cardboard Sheets, which are then laminated via Flute Laminator or Sheet Pasting Machine into 3/5-ply corrugated sheets, pressed and secured.
3, Boasting a well-thought-out structure, this line offers advanced production flow, high efficiency, adaptable batch processing, and effortless operation, ensuring excellent working conditions.
4, An ideal choice for small to medium-sized carton factories seeking perfection.

Structural Features

Employing full hydraulic drive, this system handles clamping, loosening, centering, and lateral movement of the original paper, with hydraulic lifting for added efficiency. It includes a multi-point brake system for precise braking.

Each rack comes with two paper loading trolleys, allowing simultaneous feeding from both sides.
