The machine uses a belt vacuum suction method for accurate and stable paper feeding. It features a high-end electromagnetic clutch and brake system, allowing independent control of the paper feeding section. The paper pressing transmission shaft is height adjustable with variable frequency speed control, offering a paper feeding speed of 0-150m/min. It includes dual photoelectric sensors to detect the output of cardboard, providing feedback to the PLC system to ensure correct output and reduce scrap rate. Optional features include electric adjustment of the left and right baffles and manual rear paperboard adjustment (electric optional). The main motor uses a variable frequency speed control system for noise-free and flexible speed adjustment, with an independent fan for cooling. The gluing and folding section uses imported high-friction belts for automatic paperboard feeding and stainless steel wheels for gluing, ensuring uniform glue application and no faults while saving glue. The folding section is equipped with dual pressure line devices for accurate crease correction and two rows of adjustable inner row wheels for higher forming precision. All machine wheels are made of nylon for low noise and durability, with folding speeds of 0-150m/min. The folding section belt uses pneumatic tensioning to maintain tension during operation. The counting and stacking section features a new open-close guide plate to prevent paper jams and debris, with long belt life. It offers automatic neat stacking output and adjustable paper pressing distance to ensure box sides do not pop open easily. The section uses PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control for simple operation, reliable actions, and data input without stopping. The main motor uses variable frequency speed control for adjustable speed, stable and reliable start-up, and neat stacking with a speed of 0-200m/min. The counting section's receiving belt has an independent electronic correction function using differential speed ratios, allowing input on the touch screen and using a beating plate to correct box differences.
