It features a premium Veliton color touch screen, intelligently controlled by the robust Yonghong PLC for smooth, reliable operation and an intuitive display. With a high-precision servo drive motor and sophisticated mechatronics, it delivers immaculate paper cuts. The front-side and left-right belts offer a snapping function and are equipped with counting and automatic label inserting devices. Fully automatic computer-controlled operation ensures exceptional efficiency, precision, and automation.
Primarily, the host includes a DeDrive servo motor, featuring high precision, compact structure, and an ideal balance of low inertia and high dynamic response. It excels with low-speed, high-torque, and synchronous functions, providing outstanding servo characteristics and energy efficiency.
Secondly, with the Delta frequency conversion controller, it offers an ideal mix of low speed, high torque, and high positioning accuracy, along with rapid response and no overshoot.
3. The blade from Taiwan Province is crafted with tungsten steel and a welded edge, offering remarkable durability. Made with raw materials from Taiwan Province, the blade has a lifespan of up to one year.
